For more than 30 years, Alice has successfully negotiated hotel, restaurant and activity vendor contracts; arranged meetings and transportation and managed corporate conferences for such notable clients as ConocoPhillips, Pepsi, HBO, AllianceBernstein and Citigroup.
In 1981 she became owner and President of Convention Concepts, Inc. and developed the first Destination Management Department in the Hyatt Resorts division at the Hyatt Regency Beaver Creek in Colorado.
Her work experience also includes the design and implementation of Avis Rent-A-Car’s nationwide meeting services program, contract negotiator for more than 125 hotels in Washington DC for the first World Cup Accommodation Bureau in 1994, and served as a member of the Clinton Inaugural Committee.
In 2003, she created and built GetawayPlanners, a five-star concierge service for Vail Valley visitors. It was her in-depth knowledge of the tourism industry and involvement with guest and vendor alliances that led to the creation of Add a Concierge.
Louis has more than 27 years of experience in the financial services and investment banking industries. He is co-founder of ProFund Advisors and ProShare Advisors, and has served as President since 1997. ProFunds Group manages approximately $32 billion in over 200 mutual funds and exchange traded funds.
In addition, Louis co-founded the National Capital Companies, LLC – a Bethesda-based investment bank specializing in mergers, acquisitions and equity underwriting in the financial services industry. He also manages their financial services hedge fund.
Charlie is an accomplished executive with CIO, CEO, and Governing Board experience at multiple technology and travel industry businesses. He provides technology and management consulting services to businesses in the travel/hospitality industry.
Charlie’s prior positions include President, CEO, and Board Chairman at RTP, LLC (sold to Active Network in 2011), CIO and Corporate Officer at Vail Resorts, and SrVP of Hotel Systems and Executive Committee member at Marriott Corporation.
Eric Phannenstiel was a co-founder of Resort Technology Partners (RTP), a software development and web design company that catered to the resort and recreation industries. He held various positions at RTP including CFO, VP of Implementation and Support, and VP of Administration. Eric earned his Project Management Professional credential from PMI in 2003 and is a seasoned Project Manager.
Prior to co-founding RTP, he was involved with the design, development, deployment and training of various operations-oriented systems at Vail Resorts. His 10 years with Vail Resorts IT department also involved new technology research and development particularly in the area of wireless, RFID and access control projects.
